Antes de nada, el marketing digital es la técnica que permite mantener conectada a la empresa con su público objetivo a través de los medios digitales.

El marketing digital ha tenido un crecimiento durante la crisis del COVID-19 en las estrategias comerciales de las empresas.

Las pequeñas, medianas y grandes empresas han tenido que asimilar la tendencia del marketing digital en poder accionar de manera más competitiva y con nuevas innovaciones.

La nueva revolución tecnológica que experimentan las organizaciones ha permitido que el marketing digital se convierta en un aliado estratégico para lograr los objetivos de la organización.

Los consumidores contribuyen decisivamente a adicionar valor al ofrecer información en los medios digitales. Para los mercadólogos esto representa una oportunidad en agregar valor al tomar esa información.

  • Diseñar estrategias que ayuden a crear relaciones fuertes y rentables con los clientes.
  • Crear experiencias únicas e interesantes con los clientes.

Por tal razón, es el momento de garantizar que la analítica digital esté alineada para aprovechar al máximo la información que proporcionan los consumidores.  Los datos y el análisis servirán como impulsores más fuertes en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Las estrategias y tácticas en que se basan los programas de marketing en general se han transformado de manera drástica por los nuevos cambios del mercado.

Las empresas se han ido enfrentando a numerosos cambios en su entorno externo. Los cambios en aspectos políticos, económicos, tecnológicos, sociales y ambientales que ha provocado el COVID-19.
